ULTURA through its Sepro brand offer microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membranes that are superior in providing high product recovery. Our membranes deliver a consistent filtrate quality simplifying downstream processing steps including separation of fine chemicals, amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes, as well as food and feed ingredients.

Membrane technology is an accepted economic alternative to centrifugation for clarification and removal of cell debris and biomass. Polymeric spiral wound membrane systems offer higher product recovery, lower capital investment and lower operating cost compared to ceramic and stainless steel membrane alternatives. We offer both microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes for clarification applications.

Ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes are used for concentration of proteins, enzymes, peptides and other low molecular weight products. We offers a variety of different polyethersulfone, polysulfone, PVDF, PAN ultrafiltration membranes as well as a full line of composite nanofiltration and reverse osmosis membranes.

Both our flat sheet membrane and spiral wound elements in 2, 4, 6 and 8 inch diameters have a selection of different feed channel spacers matched for your application. We also offer special spiral wound elements constructed for high temperature and high pressure applications. We have the capabilities to engineer and build almost any spiral element to meet your needs.
